Our Vermont Weddings Barn at the White Rocks Inn Bed & Breakfast
serves as a perfect location for weddings, anniversaries and other special
occasions. The scenic Otter Creek Valley and picturesque farmhouse will
create a peaceful and beautiful backdrop for your event, and we will
work with you and your event planner to ensure that it takes place without
a hitch.
Our magnificent Gothic barn is the site of many lovely events, including
weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations and
other formal and informal special occasions. This is one of the largest
barns in southern Vermont - over 15,000 square feet in all -
with over 4,800 square feet of gloriously high space available for your
event. This space is all on ground level, with large beams and huge
doors opening onto panoramic views of verdant mountains and meadows.

Our circa 1845 Homestead offering five alluring guest rooms and two
charming cottages, coupled with the Gothic Barn with over 15,000 square
feet of post and beam Greek Revival Architecture, and both listed on
the National Register of Historic Places, is just waiting for your arrival
and to greet your guests. Our 20-acre Farm Estate is what wedding dreams
are made of. We can accommodate wedding parties from 50 to 220 guests
and offer full service wedding and events planning including food and
beverage service. With panoramic views of the Green Mountains, the Otter
Creek Valley and surrounding farmland this is truly a magnificent venue
for your special day.
The site fee ranges from $1,000 to $8,000 depending on the size of space
required for your event, the number of guests and the season. Our site
fee includes all typical rentals such as tables, chairs, linen, china,
and glassware. We can accommodate all sizes, from small garden parties
to sit-down dinners for 200 guests with dancing afterwards. (Mouse

We require that you reserve the entire inn for your wedding weekend.
By doing this, you free us to concentrate entirely on meeting your needs
and the needs of your guests. We will also assist you in obtaining additional
accommodations in the area for your guests, should you need more rooms
than we can offer.

We love weddings and will strive to make your special day perfect in
every detail. We provide full catering and beverage service with a range
of options to comfortably fit your budget. We can also arrange florists,
decorations, entertainment, photography, and transportation services;
we can reserve a mini-van for the day to transport your guests to and
from local venues. When you reserve the barn it is for the entire weekend
for your exclusive use. We schedule only one event per weekend. You
will have access to the barn in advance so you can decorate and set
up.

The surrounding Otter Creek Valley has much for you and your guests
to do in this four season paradise. Nearby Manchester is a shopping
mecca of antiques, crafts and outlets. At public and private parks including
Elfin and Emerald Lakes, Lake Bomoseen, the Appalachian Trail, and the
White Rocks National Recreational Area, you can take part in swimming,
fishing, golf, hiking, biking, rock climbing, hunting, cross-country
skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and ice skating, depending
on the seasons. Enjoy world class skiing at Killington, Pico and Okemo.
